INGREDIENTS:

Idli-dosa batter – 1 cup[(200gm)
Maida – 2 tbsp
Rice flour – 11/2 tsp
Rava – 2 tbsp
Baking soda – 1/4 tsp
Salt as per need
Ginger-green chilli minced – 1 tsp
Onion – 1(finely chopped)

 

METHOD:

1.Take batter in a bowl add minced ginger green chilli mix some chopped curry leaves.
2.Add chopped onion, maida,riceflour,rava,salt and baking soda.
3.Mix well and keep aside for ten minutes.
4.Check for the consistency as shown.

5.Heat oil in a kadai pinch off batter when hot.
