Take batter in a bowl add minced ginger green chilli mix some chopped curry leaves.2.Add chopped onion, maida,riceflour,rava,salt and baking soda.3.Mix well and keep aside for ten minutes.4.Check for the consistency as shown.5.Heat oil in a kadai pinch off batter when hot.6.The heat should be medium hot.7.Fry till golden take out in a tissue.8.Serve hot with coconut chutney.

You can skip adding rava if you don’t like but I have added it.
Batter consistency is important to get nice and crispy Bonda’s.
Heat should be at medium so that the insides cooks well.
