INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Boneless – 1/2 kg
To Grind:
Coriander Seeds – 1 Tsp
Cumin – 1/2 Tsp
Pepper – 1/2 Tsp
For 1st Marination:
Lemon Juice – 1 Tsp
1/2 of 1 egg beaten
Chilli Powder – 1 1/2 Tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 Tsp
Curd(Thick) – 1 Tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp
Garam Masala – 1 Tsp
Some Curry Leaves
Needed Salt
For Second Coating:
Corn Flour – 2 Tbsp
Rice Flour – 2 Tbsp
Bengal Gram Flour – 1/2 Tbsp
METHOD:


1.Grind coriander seeds,cumin & pepper & keep ready.




















2. Wash Chicken Nicely add Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric powder, Curd(Thick)Garam Masala & Some curry leaves Mix well.
3.Let it marinate for Minimum 20 minutes.
4.After its Marinated add Corn Flour,Rice flour & Bengal Gram Flour Mix till its well coated.
5.Heat up oil in high flame when it fully hot bring it to medium high then add marinated chicken pieces.
6.Don’t disturb for few second after adding chicken then when its golden take out in a tissue.
7.Make the same for all the chicken.
8.Now Keep the Flame full add fried chicken again fry till crisp & golden.
9.Take out fry some curry leaves for garnish.
10.Now Crispy,Juicy Chicken 65 is Ready.
