Nellikai juice/gooseberry juice preparation

GOOSEBERRY JUICEThe surprising “sweet taste” you will get after a bitter and sour bite of an Amla fruit is just miraculous.Gooseberry fruit is filled with lots of healthy richness which makes it an important fruit in Ayurveda.Extreme water content in it makes it more succulent and juicy. It can be dried, juiced or can be had as such with all its awesome uniqueness.I tried to add ginger for this gooseberry juice preparation and I was surprised that it tasted more or less like a sugarcane juice.

GOOSEBERRY JUICEGinger is a lustrous root with its high digestive and absorptive power making it best pair to Amla.No water is added when preparing the concentrate. This concentrated Gooseberry juice preparation is diluted with water and ice cubes and served chilled for best results. You can use this concentrate for two days when kept in fridge.I have prepared sugar syrup and filtered to remove the dust and then added to the mixture while grinding.Lets see the method of making Amla concentrate and diluting it to make into a juice.
