Method
For the concentrate
- Cut amla without seeds making 1 cup.
- Pulse out amla and ginger.
- Then add filtered sugar syrup and make a fine paste.
- Filter it.
For Amla juice
- Now add required concentrate and adjust ice-cubes and water accordingly.
- Relish it chilled.

Notes
No water is added when preparing the concentrate and we add water only for making sugar syrup.
