Its an instant energetic filling snack and its an absolute all time hit everywhere. Most of us know about this sweet version of toast and its a definite kids favourite. Even though its a known recipe for most of us its all for the blog sake Iam publicizing here. The very same french toast has two versions one is savoury and other is the sweet. Obviously I love the sweet version and its a very easy recipe that even a small kid will do in no time. As I would always say its one of the quick time favourite for my kids and family. 
Sometimes oil may be used for toasting the bread but its not at all ok for me. I always use butter for the exact taste and flavour. Not only the white bread you can use even multigrain bread or a wheat bread as I have used here. It may be unusual but sometimes I used to sprinkle some pepper powder when done for me alone. Its a very simple but filling snack which is always satisfying. Lets now see how to make sweet french toast at home.

INGREDIENTS:
White/brown bread – 6-7 slices(small)
Egg – 1, Sugar – 1 tbsp
Milk(already boiled) – 1/2 cup
Cinnamon powder/pattai – tiny pinch
Butter as needed to toast the bread
METHOD:
1.Take a broad bowl break egg,add sugar and a pinch of cinnamon to it and whisk till sugar dissolves.
2.Now add milk and beat well.
3.In-between heat a dosa tava with needed butter,let it heat up.
4.Now dunk the slices of bread in the batter,let it be in the egg mixture for a second.
5.Now take it and put it on the hot tava,adjust the flame and cook both sides till done.
6.Serve hot or even cold.
