I tried it as a dip on crisp fried bread I enjoyed it but can’t assure that it will be good for you also because it depends on individual taste preferences. Mango salsa is made as a topping as well as a dip. Most importantly mangoes should be ripe and non fibrous variety for making this salsa. Here I have used Alphonso mangoes. Similarly pineapples can also be added along with these mangoes it will be equally tasty tangy variation to relish. In brief its a simple mango salsa recipe with a different taste. INGREDIENTS:

Ripe mangoes – 2(chopped)
Chopped cubes of capsicum – 2-3 tbsp
Chopped onions – 2 tbsp
Black salt – 1/2 tbsp
Lemon juice – 3/4 -1 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves – 2 tbsp

METHOD:

1.Mix every thing together including chopped coriander in a bowl and lastly add black salt and lemon juice.

2.Serve it chilled with nachos .

Notes

The mangoes should be ripe.
Combination of coloured capsicum can be used
