Makhana – 100 gms / 7-8 cups
Roasted peanuts – 1/2 cup / 100 gms
Thalippu Vadagam – 1 tbsp(optional)
Red chillies 2-3
Garlic crushed with skin – 7-8
Needed salt
Chilli powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 tsp
Coconut oil – 3 tbsp

1.First fry makhana in medium low flame to roast nicely.
2.Test by crushing it will crumble take out & cool.
3. Now to a kadai add coconut oil when it heats up add crushed garlic.
4. Let it become golden add curry leaves then vadagam stir nicely.
5. When curry leaves are crisp add Asafoetida,red chillies,Turmeric powder,Chilli powder
& saute.
6. Add Roasted Peanuts then Makhana & mix add needed salt & mix.
7. Switch off the Stove let it cool then store in an airtight container & enjoy
