How to prepare mixed fruit juice with carrots /fruit juice recipe
Suddenly I got an idea of making mixed fruit juice because I have never made it before.so I decided myself to try it for this summer.when thinking of how to prepare mixed fruit juice I saw carrots sleeping in fridge .I thought why don’t we add a vegetable to this fruit mixture.These carrots are powerful antioxidants .This fruit juice totally detoxifies our body and gives vibrant health to our skin.
Store bought fruit juices are loaded with tons of sugar and if you want to have real benefit from a fruit juice You have to do your own.These juices should not be kept for longer periods because it looses its color and nutrients as time passes. Not only that it is a thumb rule that juices tastes better when it is fresh.Completely cool the cut vegetable and fruits in fridge before squeezing juice from it. It is better not to cool after juicing.But still if you are not satisfied you can cool it for a very short time and consume as quickly as possible.After juicing I have added mint for more flavor. Adding mint is purely optional.Now lets see how to prepare mixed fruit juice.
How to prepare mixed fruit juice with carrots
Apple,Watermelon,Carrot in equal amounts.(altogether 1 cup)
Pomegranate – 1/4 cup
Orange juice – 200 ml
honey for taste
mint – few leaves
1.Refrigerate fruits including pomegranate.
2.Take a juicer add fruit vegetable mixture.
3.Then pomegranate and orange juice and honey combined.
4.After extracting juice in juicer give good mix in a normal mixer.
5.You can add small pieces of mint leaves if you like(I have added).
6. You can serve .
