papdi chaat indian recipeChatting with your friends with your most wanted chaat in your hand is always entertaining!I use to do these often mostly it would be unscheduled get together with my local friends assembling at near by food joints! love these fun-filled togetherness and it is during these hours of relaxation we forget all our hard and confused moments in our life.Among the chaat variations papdi chaat is very tasty and a super hit instant snack if you have your papri’s in ready hand. You may know that I have just finished making papri and have stored it!papdi chaat indian recipemy last publish was papri for chaats recipe. Some even use to add boiled channa for this chaat which will also be tasty but I have not added and the curd that is to be added should be sweet so beat with some sugar which is more important for this recipe. Not only papri’s even sweet chutney should be all ready with you before in hand but we can make green chutney instantly that’s not a problem.Chaats means an instant food where every ingredient should be ready and after that there is no hard job just mixing only.If you don’t like to add onions you can skip, even cumin and chilli powders can be added along with chaat masala.
