Wheat flour – 1 1/2 cup
Rice flour – 1/2 cup
Chopped onion – 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Jeera/jeeragam – 1 tsp
Minced ginger – 1 tsp
Minced green chillies – 11/2 tsp
Some chopped curry leaves
&coriander
Oil to make dosa

1.In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, rice flour, chopped onion, salt, jeera, minced ginger, minced green chilies, chopped curry leaves, and coriander together with needed salt.
2.Gradually add water and mix to make a smooth batter thin batter. The consistency should be very thin batter (too runny).
