Bread parcels are a delightful Easy fusion snack, combining the familiar flavors of traditional samosas with the convenience of using bread. Bread parcels are a creative and tasty twist on the traditional samosa, which is a popular snack in many South Asian countries. The concept involves using bread slices as a wrapper instead of the more typical thin pastry. Use white or whole wheat bread slices. Stale bread may work better as it holds its shape when filled.Carefully slide the parcels into the hot oil and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy.
Remove them with a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Be cautious about the oil temperature it should be hot enough to fry the rolls but not too hot to burn them. Make this Easy Bread parcels at home & enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
Left over bread – 5 slices
Oil to fry
Bread crumbs to coat
Slurry:
Maida – 2-3 tbsp
Salt as needed
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Water needed
To make stuffing:
Potatoes medium -3(boiled )
Chilli powder – 3/4 tbsp
Chatmasala powder – 2 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Some chopped coriander
Finely chopped green chillies – 1tsp
METHOD:
To make stuffing:
1.Take a mixing bowl mash potatoes add all the spices as given above.
2.Make shapes & keep ready.
For slurry:
3.Take maida,chillipowder,salt & pepper powder add water make a slurry without any lumps.
For roll &fry :
4.Now remove the sides of bread dip in water squeeze nicely.
5.Cut it to vertical stripes take one keep potato stuffing roll & seal the ends.
6.Dip in slurry then into the bread crumbs.
7.Make the same with all the bread.
8.Heat oil fry the rolls till golden take out in tissue.
9.Serve with tomato ketchup.

Notes
- You can bake the parcels in a preheated oven The baking time may vary depending on the size of your parcels.
- Keep the flame at medium high heat if the heat is high then outsides will brown but insides will be raw.
- Consider adding a melting cheese to the filling for added creaminess and flavor.
- Squeeze out the bread nicely without much water before rolling.
