- To make stuffing:Take a mixing bowl mash potatoes add all the spices as given above.Make shapes & keep ready.For slurry:Take maida,chillipowder,salt & pepper powder add water make a slurry without any lumps.For roll &fry :Now remove the sides of bread dip in water squeeze nicely.Cut it to vertical stripes take one keep potato stuffing roll & seal the ends.Dip in slurry then into the bread crumbs.Make the same with all the bread.Heat oil fry the rolls till golden take out in tissue.Serve with tomato ketchup.

Notes
- You can bake the parcels in a preheated oven The baking time may vary depending on the size of your parcels.
- Keep the flame at medium high heat if the heat is high then outsides will brown but insides will be raw.
- Consider adding a melting cheese to the filling for added creaminess and flavor.
- Squeeze out the bread nicely without much water before rolling.
