I used to do keerai sambar with onions and tomatoes but this one has become my personal favourite nowadays. Its a brahmin style kuzhambu and siru keerai kulambu /Keerai sambarI got this recipe from one of my local friend here. You can use any type of greens available at your place. You should finely chop it because some greens will have bigger leaves.I add extra ghee at the end especially for my children because they enjoy eating this way.Even gingelly oil will give good flavour if not ghee. siru keerai kulambu /Keerai sambar needs no special side dish a simple pappad/appalam will definitely do the wonder.
