Notes

I have not added curry leaves add it while adding the powders. You can add more water and switch off as semi gravy if you want. I have added Kashmiri chilli powder to reduce the spice if you want you can add plain chilli-powder alone but it will be spicy. I love red color of the masala so i have added Kashmiri chilli powder. After boiling the potatoes prick the potatoes so that all the flavor's seep through the vegetable. Cook onions half way so that it come to correct texture when done.
