INGREDIENTS:

Curd /thayir/dahi – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Ginger – a small piece(1/2 inch)
Green chillies – 1
Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp(and some for garnish)
Water – 2 cups
Asafoetida – less than 1/4 tsp or a pinch

METHOD:

1.First grind ginger,greenchillies and coriander to fine paste.
2.Beat curd well.
3.Add these ground mixture then salt and asafoetida to beaten curd.
4.Add needed water beat well to a smooth mixture serve with some chopped coriander.

Ingredients

  • Curd /thayir/dahi - 1 cup

Instructions

Notes

You can add even cumin to this buttermilk. You can increase the spice level if you want.
