INGREDIENTS:

Lemon juice – 1/2 cup
Ginger juice from grinding ginger – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 2 cups
water – 1 cup
GMS powder or citric acid – 1/2 tsp

METHOD:

1.Boil sugar in a pan with 1 cup water till sugar dissolves.
2.When it dissolves switch off and filter for impurities.
3.Then add this gms powder stir well and let it cool completely.
4.Grind ginger with 1/2 cup of water and strain it making half cup.
5.Mix both Juices and keep ready.
6.When the sugar solution cools completely mix the juice mixture and keep in a sterilized bottle.
7.Take 1/4 cup measure of squash and 3/4 th cup of water and serve.
8.Serve chilled.

Notes

You can add ice cubes while serving. Should strain the juice with a muslin cloth so that a clear squash will be retained. Use well sterilized bottle so that it can be kept for long. Keep it in fridge and can use even for 1 or 2 weeks.
