INGREDIENTS:
Rava /Ravai – 1 cup
Maida/All purpose flour – 1 cup
Grated coconut – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Water – 1 cup
Oil to fry

STEPS TO FOLLOW:


1.Add three ingredients together mix well.
2.Add water mix well then baking soda mix well.


3.Leave the mixture to marinate for 1 hour.
4.Now add cardamom powder &grated coconut mix well to a consistency as shown.

5.Pinch off batter & fry at medium heat till golden.
6.Take out in a tissue paper.
7.Enjoy a sweet treat upto 1 week.
