INGREDIENTS:
MILK – 500 ML
CONDENSED MILK – 1/4 CUP/60GM
CUSTARD POWDER – 11/2 TBSP
SUGAR – 2 TBSP/40GM
MILK POWDER – 1/4 CUP/30 GM
SAGO PEARLS – 1/4 CUP/50 GM
VANILLA ESSENCE – 1 TSP /5ML
BADAM CHOPPED – 60 GM
DRIED STRAWBERRIES – 1/4 CUP
APPLE CHOPPED – 1 CUP
GREEN OR BLACK GRAPES – 1/4 CUP
TUTTI FRUTTI – 1/4 CUP
WATER TO BOIL SAGO – 4 CUPS/750 GMS
METHOD:
1.In a pan take 4 cups water when it boils add washed sago & cook till it becomes
Transluscent.
2.Drain it through a strainer & pour cold water so that pearls remain separate.
3.Now keep a pan boil milk when it comes to a boil add condensed milk then add sugar to dissolve.
4.Add milk powder stir & beat without lumps.
5.Dissolve custard powder with water.
6.Pour in dissolved custard powder & mix.
7.It will start to thicken now switch when it thickens add vanilla essence let it cool down in fridge for 1 hour.
8.Now take out add chopped apple,grapes,sago pearls, dried strawberries,tutti-frutti,chopped badam mix well.
Serve chilled.
