- In a pan take 4 cups water when it boils add washed sago & cook till it becomes transluscent.2.Drain it through a strainer & pour cold water so that pearls remain separate.3.Now keep a pan boil milk when it comes to a boil add sugar to dissolve then condensed milk.4.Add milk powder stir & beat without lumps.5.Dissolve custard powder with water.6.Pour in dissolved custard powder & mix.7.It will start to thicken now switch when it thickens add vanilla essence let it cool down in fridge for 1 hour.8.Now take out add chopped apple,grapes,sago pearls, dried strawberries,tutti-frutti,chopped badam mix well.Serve chilled.

- Before serving, garnish it with chopped nuts or dried fruits to add texture and flavor.
- Depending on the preferences even edible rose petals may be added as garnish.
- Once the mixture has cooled down, it's typically chilled in the refrigerator before serving.
