INGREDIENTS:
FORBIDDEN RICE/KARUPPU KAVUNI
BLACK RICE – 1 CUP
WATER – 21/2 CUPS
METHOD:
1.Wash rice and soak rice over night.
2.In the morning drain rice keep the water.
3.In a pressure cooker add 21/2 cups water (this includes drained water).
4.Let it boil now add rice stir & close lid with weight.
5.Leave it for many whistles.
6.Switch off let it cool.
7.When pressure is gone open fluff rice & serve.
