Mango yogurt smoothie/Special summer smoothie
Some mango varieties have special deep aroma and flavor that you become addicted and obsessed . Our Indian national fruit mango is of course a tropical fleshy fruit.When I was thinking of preparing a drink with mangoes I ended up making mango yogurt smoothie with a small twist.I finally made mango yogurt smoothie as two separate layers.One layer was with mango pulp and the other with yogurt and with some cut fruits in it.
You can enjoy it with a straw and can relish the cut mangoes at the end with a spoon.My children totally enjoyed the layers and combined taste of mango pulp and yogurt.Mangoes can be enjoyed as such but it becomes more interesting when we try it with different combinations and as always mangoes are ever versatile fruit.Fragrant aroma from mangoes fill the whole living space when they are ripe.I told you that I have added some cut fruits to yogurt mixture but its optional.Have used both honey and sugar for mangoes and sugar for yogurt.
Frozen Ripe mangoes – 2(making one cup)
cool Yogurt – 1cup
Sugar and honey(for mango pulp) – as per taste
Sugar for yogurt as per taste.
Some Cut fruits of mango
Little milk for mango pulp
1.Add little milk to frozen mangoes and pulp it out.
2.Add sugar,honey combined to pulp.
3.Prepare yogurt sugar mixture and can chill further.
4.mango pulp also can be chilled further till use.
5.Fill the glass with the pulp to half level.
6.Add cut fruits.
7.Pour the yogurt mixture gently.
8.Decorate with cut mangoes and some pulp.
