- Wash kilangu nicely then cut into pieces steam then for 10-15 minutes. 2.When cool mash it smoothly.3.In a mixing bowl add wheat flout, rice flour pinch of salt, cardamom powder, grated coconut Jaggery & mashed sweet potatoes mix well by adding water to a moderately thick batter,4.Add a pinch of soda mix well with sesame seeds.5.Now heat oil in a kadai when hot pinch off Bonda’s & fry in medium high flame.6.When golden take out in a tissue.7.Do the same with rest of the batter.8.Enjoy as tea time snack.
