Add the ragi mixture, whisk continuously on medium-low flame.5. Cook 10–15 minutes until shiny and thick — that's the right consistency.6. Switch off, cover with a lid, and let it cool completely.7. Serve with buttermilk, chopped onions, and green chillies. Adjust thickness as preferred.8. Store leftover koozh submerged in water and enjoy the next day too!
