- Wash javarisi 2-3 times then rinse for 30 minutes.2.Heat 3 cups water in a pan add drained sago & let it cook till it becomes transparent.3.It may take 10-15 minutes to cook.4.Now pass it through a sieve immediately pour cold water to stop cooking.5.Now soak sabja seeds in 1/2 cup of water for 5 minutes to bloom.6.In a mixer jar add coconut with 3 cups water & grind extract milk.7.Take a Mixing bowl with coconut milk add 1 Cup mango puree mix well.8.Add condensed milk & mix.9.Then add soaked sabja seeds & cooked sago pearls mix.10.Add chopped mangoes & some ice cubes & serve chilled.

Notes
- Use sweet ripe mangoes for maximum flavor
- Chill before serving for best taste
- Do not overcook the sago pearls
- Fresh coconut milk makes it extra creamy
- Add more mango cubes for a richer texture
