- First grease a suitable tray or a pan with ghee & keep ready.2.Heat milk in a thick bottomed pan.3.When it come to a boil add sugar to dissolve.Then add milk powder dissolve it completely without lumps.4.Now add the chunks of agar agar & let it dissolve completely.5.When it dissolves & thickens add cardamom powder & ginger powder.6.Combine well switch off pour into greased plate.7.Let it cool in fridge until nicely set.8.Take out cut into shapes & enjoy.

- Eggless instant milk pudding can be served plain or with various toppings such as fresh fruit, whipped cream, chocolate sauce, or nuts to add extra flavor and visual appeal.
- After cooking, the pudding is typically chilled in the refrigerator to set and firm up before serving.
- Instead of Agar- Agar you can use corn starch also for thickening.
- Continuous stirring is needed while making this pudding other wise bottom will be burnt & suitable consistency will not be attained.
