1.Take corn flour in a bowl add water stir in without lumps and keep.2.In a thick bottomed soup making pan add chicken stock and let it boil.3.Add corn and close the lid.4.Let it cook for 5-8 minutes till the corn is cooked.5.Open pan lid add the corn flour slurry mix it without lumps.6.Add pepper and needed salt.7.Let it boil now beat in the eggs and pour slowly so that thin strands of egg are formed.8.Switch off the stove add chopped coriander.9.Serve hot.
Notes
Pour the egg mixture slowly if you dump the egg mixture then lumps of egg will be formed.
By pouring it gently by continuous stirring you will get thin strands of egg mixture in the soup.
Increase or decrease pepper according to you taste.
