Method
- eat butter and brown sugar with vanilla essence till fluffy.
- Sieve dry ingredients maida, cornflour,coffee powder, salt with baking soda then mix it thoroughly.
- Mix choco chips with these dry ingredients mixture and keep ready.
- Now add these dry ingredients in batches to the butter mixture and make a dough by adding milk.
- In-between pre heat oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile make balls out of the dough flatten it.
- Line the baking tray with butter paper.
- Arrange these cookies giving interval between them.
- Bake it for 12-15 minutes or till done.
- Take out cool and enjoy.

Notes
The oven temperature and the time taken for cooking may vary.
The cookie thickness can be thick or thin.
Use powdered coffee powder so that it passes through the sieve easily.
The cookies should be arranged with regular gap (1 inch) so that when baking it will not clog with each other.
You can sprinkle some choco chip cookies on the top also so that the chips shows off beautifully.
