- Beat butter and brown sugar with vanilla essence till fluffy.2.Sieve dry ingredients maida, cornflour,coffee powder, salt with baking soda then mix it thoroughly with milk to form dough.3.Mix choco chunks with the mixture and keep ready.4.Meanwhile preheat oven @180 degrees for 10 minutes.5.Line the baking tray with parchment .6.Scoop these cookies giving intervals between them.7.Bake it for 10-15 minutes or till done.8.Take out cool and enjoy.

Notes
- The oven temperature and the time taken for cooking may vary.
- The cookie thickness can be thick or thin.
- Use powdered coffee powder so that it passes through the sieve easily.
- The cookies should be arranged with regular gap (1 inch) so that when baking it will not clog with each other.
- You can sprinkle some choco chunks on the top also so that the chips shows off beautifully.
