First clean the baby corn with outer covering removed.2.Add the baby corn to boiling water cook for 2 minutes don’t make it soft, it should be just boiled for some time.3.Remove and drain keep ready.4.Take a mixing bowl add all the masala powders given in the list including salt .let it marinate5.Then add all the flours given sprinkle little water at a time and make a nice batter with some sesame seeds.6.It should rightly coat the vegetable.7.Now heat oil in a kadai.8.When oil heats up keep the heat at medium and fry till golden and crisp.9.Take out in a tissue and serve with tomato sauce.
Notes
The batter should rightly coat the baby corn and it should not be watery.
I have not added any colour if you want add colour or add kashmirichilli powder.
My chilli powder itself was sufficient to give the right colour.
Dont keep the flame high the insides will not be cooked and outside will burn.
If you over boil the vegetable then after coating and frying the bater it won’t be good.
