sweet murukku recipe south indian /ribbon pakoda/murukku(sweet)
This sweet ribbon pakoda is not a usual snack that I have tasted frequently but found it very catchy to my taste buds. Here at my place there is a local sweet shop famous for sweet seepu murukku. It was introduced to me by a local friend here. She very well know that am a sweet loving person. It was little bit hard but was interestingly a good relish.I got inspired by this seepu murukku So,obviously had a try at home and did it as sweet ribbon pakoda.sweet murukku recipe south indian /ribbon pakoda turned out as melt in your mouth kind of murruku. The shapes did not hold properly that was the only thing missing here.It will fall only in bits don’t be panic but it tastes good.Thought of adding maida but did not because this combination of taste was itself very good.Coconut milk is the main taste enhancer and butter gives good texture to this dish. While frying this sweet ribbon pakoda adjust the flame then and there so that it cooks through nicely and golden.
