The most delicious part of a creamed cake is always this ever gorgeous butter cream icing. Any cake combined with this butter cream is always divine.I have seen in many recipes even professionals make by first beating of the butter alone. But, this method of beating butter first and then adding powdered sugar is the exact way to do. But, my way of doing is that I always add all ingredients in a bowl except milk. I try to mix everything together to make sure that the powdered sugar does not smoke and spill all over.I get the same perfect vanilla buttercream every time. Its a very easy to do recipe and the most needed one for cakes,cupcakes and in some desserts. So,I have made it as a separate post to make it as an exceptional recipe post. You can adjust the consistency as you want by adding more or less milk.You can make thick,medium and thin icing as you want and use it for decorations.I love to use only butter than any vegetable shortening.

INGREDIENTS:
Powdered sugar – 4 cups
Butter(unsalted)(yellow/white) – 11/4 cup
Vanilla essence – 2 tsp
Milk (already boiled and cooled) – 2-4 tbsp(or as needed)
METHOD:
1.Take a large bowl with hand mixer ready.
2.Put powdered sugar,butter and vanilla essence altogether.
3.First mix everything with a spoon till combined.
4.Now beat with a beater till fluffy and light by adding milk little by little.
5.Store in fridge till use.

Notes
Its perfect frosting recipe for all cakes,some desserts and cupcakes.
Butter should be soft and chilled when using for this recipe.
You can adjust the consistency according to your need(like very thick frosting are used for roses).
As I have used yellow butter my cream will not be white.
If using white butter then the butter cream will be white.
