These chocolatey cookies has a piercing smell that you will never be able to ignore.We can’t always say chocolates are only kids goods and should only be loved by them.Even elders love them.My mummy is a great chocolate lover,till date she loves to overindulge chocolates in any form.These chocolate cornflake cookies is an extreme easy peasy cookie to make.No complicated ingredients to put in.Most importantly for persons who are addictive chocolate lover its hard for them to avoid these crunchy delights.I have ground the corn flakes here and added,so it will not be much shown in the picture.You can very well crush with your hands and put it later at the end and then bake.The chocolate dough is little crumbly and have to press nicely and then form shapes.No need to add any baking soda or baking powder it’s just an all in one mix recipe.Let see how to make chocolate cornflake cookies.

INGREDIENTS:
All purpose flour /maida – 3/4 cup
Cocoa powder – 1/4 cup
Melted butter – 3/4 cup
Crushed corn flakes – 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
METHOD:
1.Add both maida and cocoa powder and sieve it.
2.Take it a broad bowl mix them to be even.
3.Then add melted butter and vanilla essence to it.
4.Mix them well,it will not form dough but when pressed it will hold shape.
5.Now add cornflakes and mix them.
6.Spread a sheet of cling film and put the dough.
7.Put another sheet of cling film over the dough and roll with a roller.
8.You can make it to 1/4 inch thickness.
9.Then cut with a suitable cutter.
10.In-between pre-heat oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
11.Spread parchment on a baking tray.
12.Arrange these biscuits and bake it for 10-12 minutes or till done.

Notes
But you can add it after rolling and cutting individually to each biscuits and press.
The biscuits will become crisp on cooling.
