You will not believe that its done with only two ingredients. The taste is just so comforting satisfying your sweet craving at the same time with loads of health benefits. Perfectly roasted peanuts gives a perfect laddu. You can increase amount of jaggery if you wish however this given amount will be perfect sweetness its not at all overpowering. The skin comes off easily when rubbed with a cloth we can take out the peanuts alone and leave the skin part in the towel. Otherwise if you have a
traditional moram its an traditional equipment used for winnowing. Winnowing its an art of separating unwanted debris from the food and not everyone can do it on the go. It’s one of the various methods you can use to separate the skin from peanuts. Do make this at home and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:
Verkadalai/peanuts/groundnuts – 1cup
Powdered jaggery – 3/4 cup
METHOD:
1. Firstly keep a pan roast the peanuts till nice aroma come out take out let it cool.
2. Take this in a towel and rub out the skin take out the peanuts alone leaving the skin in the towel.
3. After that measure both peanuts and jaggery.
4. Take a mixie jar add peanuts and pulse it to get a coarse mixture.
5. To this add jaggery powder and again pulse to get a nice sand like mixture.
6. The mixture will hold the shape this is the right consistency to make laddu’s.
7. Make laddu’s and store it in a airtight container and enjoy.

Notes
- Jaggery measurement can be increased but the amount that I have added itself will be with perfect sweetness.
- Keep the mixture coarse don’t need to grind it smoothly.
