INGREDIENTS:

Black gram dhal/urad – 1/2 cup
Bengal gram/kadala paruppu – 1/2 cup
Salt as needed
Red chillies – 1 cup
Asafoetida/hing – 3/4 tbsp
Garlic – 6-8 cloves(with skin) and few curry leaves

METHOD:

 

1.Dry roast every thing separately.
2.While roasting chillies add salt with it.
3.Garlic can be lightly heated up at the end.
4.Powder every thing coarsely and store.
5.Mix with sesame oil and serve.
