INGREDIENTS:
Milk Powder – 1 cup
Sugar Powder – 1/4 cup
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Milk – 1/2 cup
Some saffron strands
Pista or badam(chopped thin) – some
METHOD:
1.Take a thick bottomed pan add milk, ghee ,saffron and milk powder whisk it without lumps.
2.Now switch on the stove and continue to stir.
3.At one stage it will start thickening and leave the sides.
4.When it forms a mass switch off and let it cool completely.
5.After it cools add powdered sugar and mix nicely.
6.Make peda’s by greasing the hands.
7.Make a small impression in the middle and add some nuts and you are all ready.

Notes
- Always add sugar powder to the mixture after it cools down completely.
- Adding saffron gives a nice flavour and richness to this sweet.
- You can add either pista’s or badam as garnish.
