In and away at every possible way the children should be made to register(realize)about healthy eating and for that we should be their guide to take healthy food not alone for their main meal but also for their in between snacks.I know it is a tough job to make a stubborn fault-finding child to eat right but for that we ourselves should be a typical example having a right habit of following a healthy nutritious life style.Kids are more attracted towards colourful and uniquely presented food and of-course the food that interests them will have lots of applause without any inhibition.From ages we know that carrot is a powerful vegetable with vitamin A goodness and apart from that it has many more health healing properties that proves it to call it as a golden vegetable.Most of us know how to make this simple carrot milk shake but for people without the cooking knowledge and for documentation I have posted it.All the measurements can be altered and done according to ones taste because individuals taste differs obviously and here I have used condensed milk instead of sugar but you can very well use any type of sugar.

INGREDIENTS:
Grated carrot – 1cup
Condensed milk – 1/2 cup
milk – 11/2 cups
Nutmeg powder – a pinch(grated)
Cinnamon powder – 1/4 tsp
METHOD:
1.First add grated carrots in a mixer with grated nutmeg,cinnamon powder add condensed milk and blend smooth.
2.Then add milk and give a final blend and serve chilled.

Notes
Amount of condensed milk added can be altered according to ones taste.
I have taken one cup tightly packed carrots but you can decrease the amount increasing the milk amount.
All the quantities can be altered according to persons taste preferences.
