INGREDIENTS:
Chicken breast pieces – 400 gm
Salt as per need
Soya sauce – 2 tsp
Pepper powder – 11/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 11/2 tsp
Egg – 1
Cornflour – 2 tbsp
Oil to fry
For sauce:
Butter – 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Chilli flakes – 1 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
Honey – 2tbsp
Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
Roasted sesame seeds – 1 tbsp+some for garnish
Cornflour – 2 tbsp
Some chopped coriander
Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
METHOD:
1.Marinate the Chicken:
In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken breast pieces with salt, 2 teaspoons of soya sauce, 1 1/2 teaspoons of pepper powder, and 1 1/2 teaspoons of ginger garlic paste.
Mix well and let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
2.Prepare the Batter:
Add 1 egg and add 2 tablespoons of cornflour slurry to have a smooth batter.
Dip each marinated chicken piece into the batter, ensuring it’s well-coated.
3.Fry the Chicken:
Heat oil in a deep frying pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
Put the battered chicken pieces into the hot oil and fry until they are golden brown and crispy.
Remove the fried chicken pieces and place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Set aside.
4. Make the Sauce:
To a pan melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
Secondly add tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
Furthe stir in 1 tablespoon of chilli flakes, 1 tablespoon of roasted sesame seeds.

5.Meanwhile in a separate small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of cornflour with a little water to make a paste and add it to the pan. This will help thicken the sauce.
6. Stir the sauce continuously it thickens and becomes glossy.
7. Combine and Garnish:
Now add fried chicken pieces to the sauce and toss them till they are well coated with the sauce.
Sprinkle some of roasted sesame seeds, some chopped coriander, and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
Mix together and cook for a couple of minutes the chicken is heated through and the flavors meld.
