how to make an easy snack-uppu seedai
We Indians celebrate festival’s with particular savories and sweet’s that is apt for that particular occasion because it has become a type of behavior through sustained practice by our ancestor’s.Uppu seedai is one such bakshanam done during gokulashtami and a great teatime snack.Despite the fact that there is long list of dishes made during gokulashtami uppu seedai and innipu seedai plays a title role. When doing these seedai if we add more butter then it disperse in oil and if there are stones in the rice flour the seedai will burst!!so should be careful while making the dough for good safe seedai. One of my friend adds a teaspoon of coconut oil to the dough which gives a coconut’y aroma that’s flavorful but here i have not added any and its purely optional. Now we will see how to make an easy snack-uppu seedai.
