It came out super delicate a perfect melt in the mouth cookies that too eggless. Fold in some chopped nuts as I did or some chocolate chips, or dried fruit if desired.

Eggless millet cookies / sirudhaniya biscuit
INGREDIENTS:
Millet/varagu.koda millet – 40 gms/1/3 rd cup
Wheat flour – 100 gms/1 cup
Salt – 1 gm/pinch
Sugar (powdered castor sugar) – 60 gm/1/3rd cup
Ghee – 80 gms/1/2 cup
Baking powder – 3 gm/3/4 tsp
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Cashew nut crumble – 20 gm/2 tbsp
METHOD:
1.In a bowl sieve in varagu& wheat flour with salt, baking powder, keep.
2.Take a mixing bowl with butter beat a little add sugar beat till fluffy & pale.
3.Now add in the sieved dry ingredients mix add cardamom powder & nuts mixture.
4.Preheat oven at 180 deg for 10 minutes.
5.Line a baking tray with parchment & keep ready.
6.Make a dough then pinch off balls make shapes place it in a lined tray.
7.Make desired shapes with fork bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or till done.
8.Take out cool and enjoy.
