A bite into a cake gives us a great feel that we are in some kind of celebration mode. Totally gives a joyous satisfaction to the fullest. Its a basic eggless chocolate mug cake recipe in microwave that even a little kid can do. Easy peasy recipe done in two minutes and what more do you want to satisfy your sweet cravings. Even-though it was a simple recipe I wanted to record it here in my space. This is the basic recipe but you can make tons of variations of mug cakes. Like using nutella,peanut butter, caramel ,choco chip and the list goes on. If you browse through net you will be quite amazed by the countless variations. Microwave time may differ from one machine to another. Levels will vary

in percentage or numbers. I have baked in a convection microwave. So microwaved for two minutes at 900w. If we microwave for more then the cake will be burnt so be cautious with the correct timings. There is no harm to redo the cooking for more time when not cooked. Always use microwave safe bowls and mugs for safe cooking. I have made it using two cups but you can use a single big cup. Don’t fill the cup more than half for this mug cakes done in microwave. Sure try this eggless chocolate mug cake recipe in microwave it will taste delicious.

eggless chocolate mug cake recipe in microwave

INGREDIENTS:

All purpose flour/maida – 24 gm /3 tbsp
Baking powder – 1/8 tsp
Baking soda – tiny pinch
Salt a dot
Cocoa powder – 11/2 tbsp
Butter melted – 3 tbsp
Condensed milk – 3 tbsp
Milk – 3 tbsp
Some grated chocolate or some choco chips

METHOD:

1.Keep every ingredient measured and ready.
2.Take a microwave safe mug add all the dry ingredients like maida, cocoa powder baking powder, baking soda and salt.

3.Mix well without lumps.
4.Now add the wet ingredients one by one.
5.Add butter,milk and condensed milk.

6.Stir well without lumps.
7.Keep it in a microwave for 2 minutes.
8.Take out add some chocolate shaving or choco chips.
9.Serve warm and enjoy.

  7.Keep it in a microwave for 2 minutes.

  8.Take out add some chocolate shaving or choco chips.

Notes

• Depending upon your microwave the time differs.
• Cook in micro high for 2 minutes.
• I cooked in two medium mugs kept for 2 minutes.
• Little coffee powder can also be added.
• Sprinkle some choco chips or even chocolate chunks.
• It will melt in piping hot cake and will taste delicious.
