Easy No Bake Protein Energy Bar Recipe / Dry Fruit Nut Energy Bars
INGREDIENTS:
Badam/Almonds – 1 cup /150 gms
Cashew-nuts/ mundri – 2/3 cup /100gms
Dates(soft and fresh) – 1 cup /250gms
Dry grapes/kaintha thratchai – 1/4 cup /40 gms
Honey/thean – 1/4 cup/75 gms
Instant Oats – 1 cup/ 100gms
Tin – 7 inch rectangle
Butter or parchment paper
METHOD:
1.Take a pan dry roast badam and cashews separately and let them cool.
2.Then dry roast oats till nicely heated and let them cool.
3.In a mixer jar pulse both nuts coarsely and keep.
4.In the same jar add dates and make them to a paste like mass.
5.Take a mixing bowl add nuts then dry grapes.
6.Add in the dates mixture with oats.
7.Pour in honey and make a dough.
8.Line a 7” tin with parchment or butter paper.
9.Add this dough and spread out evenly.
10.Set in fridge for 2-3 hours.
11.Take out cut into pieces and enjoy.
12.Note: Add a pinch of salt while making this energy bar to enhance the sweetness.

Notes
- It can be stored outside for a week.
- You can keep in fridge and use for more days.
- Dates should be soft one not the hard ones.
- If the dates are hard then you should soak it and use.
- Instant oats is enough to make this energy bars.
- In have not mentioned salt add pinch of it.
