channa chaat recipe /chickpeas chaat(garbanzo beans)
We get the stomach churning hunger pangs at any hour in a day its a kind of emotional craving that we have to feed immediately some thing so that our craving for food gets well-pleased.But during those restless hours of thirst(for food) our mind is fully occupied with crispy high calorie instant snacks!of-course we can enjoy high fat food but not always even for a normal person who has stable physical well-being.To my knowledge nowadays not only North Indian states but every state within India have special chaat servings sections in almost every restaurants and even fast food shops have this with wide range of chaat items. There are few chaat recipes that are absolutely low-fat and with no oil that you can indulge into those healthy nutritious snacks all filled with great addictive taste. This channa /chickpeas chaat recipe is an excellent low-calorie snack with good number of protein and fibre that we can have it without any guilt!additionally chana/chickpeas is a great weight loss ingredient as it is fibre rich with low glycemic index.
