bhel puri chaat recipe /marudhuskitchen
This bhel puri chaat recipe can very well be made at home if you have everything ready before hand. The recipe part is very simple its like just giving a toss and serving. Before that making every ingredient available depends on how you decide it to be. Whether to buy some papdi’s and sev from store or to make them all by yourselves. If you are to make it all from scratch then its quite elaborate but it will be worth. Please check for papdi recipe and sev recipe here to make all by yourselves. But chutney part you have to make it and can refrigerate before itself. Here this is a wet type of bhel puri if you
are making dry type just don’t add the chutneys that’s it. Please check my sweet tamarind chutney recipe and green chutney recipe here. I have used two chutneys sometimes they use three types of chutney like red chutney too. Instead of lemon juice you can use chaat masala powder. If you are going to serve then only start to mix everything together. For that you have to keep everything ready. If you have some mangoes use it otherwise can add a pinch of amchur. Always use fresh puffed rice if they are not crisp heat up in a kadai then use for this bhel puri chaat recipe.
