andhra pachi pulusu recipe /rawtamarind(pachai puli)rasam
Yet another variety of rasam I have grown up with!its andhra pachi pulusu recipe /raw rasam/puli rasam a soothing, light soulful soup to have as a digestive food after a heavy dosage of sunday feast.Yes,most of the sundays end up with heavy diet which we can’t refuse or ignore whole family have time only on sundays to sit-together,have fun and chats whereas on other days there is not even an aorta of chance to relax if both the parents are working and of-course children too have their own busy school schedules. If you are not dieting then you are always prone to have big meals and feasts then and there so these type of digestive comforting rasams should always be there to keep up a proper digestive health. This pachi pulusu rasam recipe is the most wanted rasam for my appa(father)and asks my mom to do it frequently!it has been so long that I have made it more importantly it’s very easy rasam to make in a jiffy.Adding small onions gives an excellent flavour to this rasam but as always you can very well use big onions!some add crushed garlic to this but I have not tried. You can bring down the amount of spiciness according to your family need by reducing the addition of chillies.
