You will be really surprised by its rossy special strawberry flavor and its remarkable taste.It is a very unique type of halwa that I was thoroughly astonished when the end result was too good.Should switch off the stove when the halwa leaves the sides and this should be the perfect stage for this halwa.You too try it at home and this will be never a failure for sure.For almond powder just make a powder in a blender and your almond powder is ready.
Strawberries – 1 cup(make puree)
Sugarless khoya – 1 cup
Ghee – 1/2 cup
Rava and maida (all-purpose flour) -1 cup(altogether)
Almond powder – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 1 1/4 cup(according to taste)
cardamom powder – 1 tsp
1.Add ghee after it heats up add rava,maida mixture.
2.After that add sugarless khoya and let it change color lightly.
3.Now add almond powder.
4.After that add pureed strawberries.
5.Immediately add sugar.
6.When the mixture leaves the sides add cardamom powder and switch off the stove.
