Method
- Keep everything ready.
- Sieve flour with salt,baking powder,baking soda and keep ready.
- In another bowl cream sugar and butter till light add curd and walnuts and mix well.
- Add vanilla essence,lemon zest and juice,mix.
- Then next simultaneously add milk and flour,beat well.
- In-between ready a baking pan(6 inch) by greasing it with butter ,line with parchment and if you want dust some flour also.
- Pre-heat at 170 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake it for 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
Frosting the cake.
- Cut the cooled cake into half.
- Put the cream in-between the half.
- Then close it and cover the cake or crust coat cake and keep it in fridge for 1 hour.
- After that take out ,again add buttercream with a spatula and coat for second time and pipe with your own decorations.
- I have used a star nozzle and pipe the cake.
- Decorate with some walnut powder and walnuts.
- (I first covered cake with aluminium foil for ten minutes to avoid over charring of top layer then I removed it and baked till done)

Notes
Oven temperatures differs with various oven so, set the temperature accordingly.
I baked by covering the cake with aluminium foil for 10 minutes then removed it and baked.
Cool the cake before frosting the cake.
You can use a parchment paper to cover the cake instead of aluminium foil.
