- To a Mixing bowl add thinly sliced onions add needed salt for pakoda mix with pressure.2.Then add Turmeric Powder,Chilli Powder, Hing, FennelSeeds, sliced Green chillies,Some Curry leaves,Chopped Coriander & crushed Ginger Garlic Mix every thing.3.Add oil & mix Now add Besan & Rice flour mix lightly so that water from onion Coates the mixture well.4.Then only sprinkle water little at a time & mix.5.The Mixture should be Like sticky but Solid As Shown not loose.6.Only mix the dough when you are going to fry don’t mix & keep before Itself.7.Heat Kadai with oil When its hot bring the heat to medium Now wet you hands pinch off the dough into the oil.8.Let it cook & fry till it become golden & crispy.9.Take out in a tissue.10.Have it with a hot cup of tea or coffee.

Notes
- Do not add water initially; onion moisture is enough
- Always fry on medium heat
- Mix the batter only just before frying
- Rice flour is the key for crispiness
- Wet hands while dropping pakodas
