- First wash & soak poha for ten minutes & add this to mixer jar.2.Now add grated coconut, rice flour,jaggery &idli batter grind.3.Add in cardamom powder grind it again transfer this batter to a mixing bowl.4.The consistency should be like idli batter note the batter should not be too thick.5.Heat paniyaram pan with ghee scoop out batter cook till golden on one side & flip.6.Close with lid cook well open remove.7.Repeat the same for all the batter left.8.Sweet paniyarams are best enjoyed hot.

Notes
- Ensure that the batter consistency is thick and smooth. It should be similar to idli batter. If the batter is too thin, the paniyarams may turn out flat and dense.
- Heat the paniyaram pan well before pouring the batter. This ensures that the paniyarams cook evenly and develop a nice golden crust.
- Using ghee adds a rich flavor to the sweet paniyarams.
- Cook the paniyarams on low to medium heat to prevent them from burning while ensuring they cook through evenly.
