- Add soya chunks to boiling water soya chunks should immerse in water, close lid and cook for 5 minutes.2.Then drain soya-chunks and immediately wash in running water 2-3 times squeeze well and take in a mixing bowl.3.Now add all the masala powders given with curd and some chopped curry leaves.4.Finally squeeze lemon juice.5.Heat oil in a kadai when it is hot add soya chunks cook in medium high flame.6.When golden take out in a tissue.7.You can fry some curry leaves and add for garnish.8.Enjoy this hot soya 65 with some tomato ketchup.

Notes
- After boiling soya it should be rinsed in water so that you can completely get rid of the smell from soya chunks.
- Squeeze the water completely from soya it should be dry.
- Spices can be added according to taste.
- Soya should be fried well till golden not too much it will make it hard
